Reliance Retail's home-and-interiors brand Urban Ladder runs Boltic as the central event-collection and routing layer across a heterogeneous stack — storefront, order management, Kapture (interiors CRM), CleverTap (engagement), GA4 (analytics), Sentry (monitoring). Events ingested by Boltic, fanned out reliably in parallel to downstream analytics and engagement platforms.

Boltic as the event collector.
