Forge is deployed at NeoLync's Tirupati facility supporting Jio Air Fiber Wi-Fi device manufacturing. Current production run-rate ~1,000 units. Platform handles peaks of 3,000 TPS during high-volume runs. 50+ operators and 25 line managers are on Forge today. Deployment is 100% on-premise — high reliability, complete data control, low-latency operations. End-to-end traceability across the entire production process. Pilot rollout in progress; plan is to extend Forge across all production sites and product lines within the plant.

Go-live validation runs against a 15-category checklist (v2.0 · 07-Apr-2026). Phase 1 covers planning & traceability, quality & repair, scan-pack, ASN, and predictive maintenance. Each item carries a Fynd development status, a NeoLync site readiness status, a DRI / reviewer pair, and a target date.
