The integration backbone connecting JioMart, Reliance Retail brand operations, and 50+ marketplaces.
Eight subsystems flow through the Konnect hub: Sales & Returns Posting · Shipping Updates · Analytics & Insights · Inventory Sync · Returns Management · Product Catalog · Pricing Updates · Order Processing. Marketplaces, storefronts and Fynd marketplaces enter on the left; 3P ERP, WMS, POS and Store OS exit on the right.
Each is operated, owned and evolved by Fynd. Each carries its own scale, technical depth and commercial significance. The three pillars are summarised here; deep dives follow.
The seller-side rail that brings every third-party brand onto JioMart through a single integration contract. ~800 live brands · 3-4 lakh shipments/month.
A pre-built gateway of 50+ integrations — marketplaces, storefronts, quick commerce, ERP, WMS, POS. Ready to take any Reliance brand into any major retail market. 25+ live marketplaces · 12+ countries · 3 regions.
Where every RBL order, payment and return reconciles with SAP. 13 capability deliveries · 20+ brands · May '25 - May '26.
The JioMart Channel is the largest channel Fynd Konnect has built and operates on top of Fynd Commerce. It is the bridge between JioMart's three core systems and the seller's choice of OMS, WMS or ERP, and is directly responsible for JioMart's 3P seller scale-up.
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Live omni-seller brands on JioMart via Fynd Konnect | ~800 |
| Monthly shipment volume | 3-4 lakh and growing |
| Aggregators integrated downstream | 7 major platforms |
| Core JioMart systems integrated | Inventory · Catalogue & orders · Storefront — three core systems unified behind a single seller experience on Fynd Commerce |
Fynd Konnect abstracts JioMart's three core systems behind a single seller experience on Fynd Commerce. The integration contract is unified at the platform level so that every seller — regardless of which OMS, WMS or ERP they run — connects through one rail.
Flows from the seller's source-of-truth (Fynd OMS, third-party OMS / WMS / ERP, or aggregator) through Konnect into JioMart's inventory system in real time.
Catalogue and vertical mapping handled through JioMart's catalogue system.
Created on Fynd Konnect from JioMart's storefront and routed to the seller's fulfilment system.
Flows back to JioMart for LSP coordination and customer communications.
Sellers onboard once on Fynd Commerce, complete location and SKU mapping, and become immediately transactable on JioMart — without bespoke per-brand or per-aggregator integration work.
RTI and hyperlocal sellers reach JioMart through key third-party platforms that Konnect normalises into a single integration contract. This eliminates per-seller builds and gives JioMart instant access to every brand already running on these platforms.

Emazing is one of JioMart's Top 10 sellers — 8.5L sellable units across FMCG categories. Fynd's role here goes beyond posting: enabling supply scale-up and streamlining operations for 3P sellers at this volume is the business case. Emazing partnered with Fynd to re-architect their warehouse operations — implementing Fynd WMS as the central system to manage inbound, storage, and JioMart order fulfilment. Pack-station was redesigned into a guided workflow: Scan → Validate → Print → Ship. Inventory tracked at SKU + batch + location level; FEFO (First Expiry First Out) allocation enforced; expiry-bucket dashboards (0-30, 30-60, 60-90 days) with near-expiry alerts.
"Fynd WMS gave us the control we needed over batch, expiry, and accuracy. For FMCG there's no room for error and now we have a system that ensures there isn't any."
Beyond the systems already operating across the Reliance ecosystem, Fynd Konnect is a marketplace gateway with 50+ pre-built integrations spanning marketplaces, quick commerce, ERP, WMS, POS and payment systems — across India, Middle East and Southeast Asia. Any RBL brand can be expanded onto a new channel — domestic or international — using infrastructure that already exists.
Konnect sits between the seller's back-end (ERP, OMS, WMS, POS, logistics, payments) and the full surface of sales channels. A seller integrates once; any new channel becomes available without bespoke build. The architecture diagram in §02 above is the canonical view.

How Fynd Konnect compresses time-to-market for international expansion.
The brand's catalogue (already on Fynd Commerce) is mapped to the target marketplace's category tree using Konnect's marketplace-specific mappers.
Market-specific pricing (with currency, tax and duty handling) and inventory allocation rules are configured.
Orders from the international marketplace flow back into Fynd OMS, routing to the appropriate fulfilment node (cross-border or in-market).
Returns and reverse logistics handled through the marketplace's flow, with SAP postings handled through the same Konnect posting layer.
Fynd Konnect operates the integration backbone that connects RBL's and RRVL's SAP, TIBCO and store-level systems to Fynd Commerce. This is the layer that decides whether RBL's brand portfolio can scale safely — it touches every order, every inventory event, every payment and every return. Between May 2025 and May 2026, thirteen significant capability deliveries were completed — each either a precondition for new brand onboarding, a regulatory requirement, or a leadership-escalated production fix.
Fashion & Lifestyle — TUMI · GAP · Superdry · Hamleys · Ritu Kumar · Furniture — WestElm · Pottery Barn · PB Kids · Beauty — Sephora India · Reliance-owned formats — Reliance Trends · Yousta · Performax · Tira · Freshpik · Swadesh · 7-Eleven India.
Grouped by theme. Each entry: capability number · title · status · one-line outcome.
| # | Capability | Status | Outcome |
|---|---|---|---|
| Theme · Foundation Architecture (3) — three deliveries that determine whether the brand portfolio can scale safely; every other capability sits on top of these | |||
| 01 | SAP WM Migration — MDN to Delivery-Based Model (DBM) Migrated SAP posting trigger from POSDTA-on-sale to delivery confirmation + PGI. Validated on TUMI; rolled across all RBL brands. Escalated by RIL leadership. Thousands of orders daily. | Live | DBM became the prerequisite for safe brand onboarding. RBL can onboard any new brand on Fynd without introducing reconciliation risk into SAP. |
| 06 | RRA Kafka Pipelines — inventory backbone modernised New brand pipelines (Yousta, Tira, Freshpik, Reliance Trends, GAP, Performax) + Swadesh / 7-Eleven India migrated to new Kafka brokers + WestElm / Pottery Barn / PB Kids moved from SFTP batch → real-time Kafka. | Live | 10+ RRVL brands across 2 dedicated clusters · hundreds of thousands of inventory events / day · 100+ stores per brand. Inventory-accuracy window collapsed from hours to seconds. |
| 09 | RBL Furniture — full parity with Non-Furniture WestElm / Pottery Barn / PB Kids migrated from legacy TIBCO-only to RDIP + DBM. Fixed the silent TO-Confirmation auth error that had caused permanent SAP / physical mismatches. | Live | Furniture brought to architectural parity with Non-Furniture. Dual-maintenance overhead removed — one architecture across the entire RBL portfolio. |
| Theme · Compliance & Finance (3) — three deliveries that closed regulatory and financial-accuracy gaps | |||
| 02 | B2B E-Invoice (IRN) Compliance for GST audit Mandatory IRN check before any B2B SAP / TIBCO posting. Cancellations / reversals require credit-note IRN. Enforced at bag_invoiced, cancelled and credit-note states. | Live | Konnect is now a GST-compliant B2B posting engine, not just a sales sync tool. RBL's B2B revenue cannot create audit liability through Fynd. |
| 04 | Multi-MOP Coverage — every payment method RBL uses Flipkart prepaid, Myntra PPMP, COD with DP own-account, Qwikcilver, JioPay, JioOnePay, multi-PG (Razorpay + JioOnePay), BharatPay QR, price-adjustment MOPs. 10+ distinct tender types validated against RBL's chart of accounts. | Live | Every rupee of revenue lands in the correct GL account in SAP from day one — every new channel or PG can be activated without creating financial gaps. |
| 05 | Delivery Partner Own-Account Posting — COD and returns Tender-code mapping for the model where DPs (Delhivery, Xpressbees) collect cash and settle directly with RBL. Same logic extended to returns. Validated on TUMI over a single weekend with RIL monitoring; rolled across the portfolio. | Live | RBL's COD revenue stream — meaningful share of total revenue, especially in Tier-2 / Tier-3 markets — is now reconcilable with delivery partners at scale. |
| Theme · Brand Enablement (3) — three deliveries that opened new revenue streams or fixed brand-specific blockers; each tied to a specific RBL or RRVL business priority | |||
| 03 | Product Exchange — end-to-end SAP posting with convenience-fee model Convenience fee (not store credit) so no liability sits on RBL's books. Tax-slab logic (5% GST below ₹2,500). Tested on GAP, TUMI, WestElm; rolling across the portfolio. | Live | RBL brands offer a seamless in-app exchange experience without manual SAP intervention. Convenience fees appear correctly as revenue — not silently lost. |
| 08 | Tira & Nexus Marketplace — new sales-channel enablement Nexus has its own SAP company ID (own MOP codes, GL, transaction types). Tira needed POSDTA codes aligned to Reliance's beauty-revenue classification. Each is a separate profit centre. | Live | Both formats went live on Fynd with correct SAP postings from day one — no month-close surprises, no GL-mapping rework. |
| 13 | EAN vs. Article Code — flexible inventory identifier at brand level Company-level configuration toggle in the RRA extension. Some RRVL brands use EAN (GAP, Reliance Trends), others use internal article code (ALU). Resolved a GAP launch issue (configured EAN, catalogued ALU, inventory not flowing). | Live | Inventory flow is Day-1 infrastructure for any new brand — no engineering dependency, no multi-crore visibility gap from identifier mismatches. |
| Theme · Loyalty & Programmes (1) — loyalty redemption, posted to SAP correctly | |||
| 10 | Sephora Beauty Pass — loyalty redemption in SAP posting Members can redeem points as payment at checkout (e.g. ₹700 cash + ₹300 points). Redemption on placed event, discount in delivery event, boutique-product specifics, full-or-partial reversal on returns. Phase 2 added mixed carts (regular + boutique) with separate posting sequences. | Live | Sephora's finance team can reconcile its loyalty liability automatically. Sephora can scale online sales without creating a finance-operations bottleneck. Thousands of redemptions / month. |
| Theme · Payments Modernisation (2) — aligned with Reliance's strategic payments roadmap; JioOnePay live, Split Payment readied | |||
| 11 | JioOnePay / JioPay Multi-PG support MOP mapping for JioOnePay / JioPay in SAP and TIBCO. Resolved posting failures when BharatPay QR ran alongside other gateways. Multi-PG: a single order can split between JioOnePay + Razorpay; each leg posts to the correct GL. Delivered to an RBI compliance deadline — missing it would have shut down RBL StoreOS. | Live | Reliance's own payment product can be scaled across RBL storefronts without any gap in the downstream financial accounting. |
| 12 | Split Payment Readiness Fynd Platform launched Split Payment in April 2026 (e.g. half by card + half by UPI). Konnect proactively assessed multi-MOP SAP payload changes and tender-code logic ahead of any RBL brand going live with the feature. | Building | When RBL brands adopt Split Payment, the SAP posting layer is ready on day one — no financial gap created by the new feature's adoption. |
| Theme · Performance & Operational Excellence (1) — faster pipelines, lower infrastructure cost, reliability when it matters most | |||
| 07 | Skip Unchanged Inventory — performance optimisation at RRL scale Suppress inventory events for unchanged quantities across all RRA supply extensions; previously every sync pushed all records through Kafka regardless of change. Particularly impactful during peak sale events (End of Reason Sale, Big Fashion Festival). | Live | Faster processing of real changes, lower infrastructure cost, and a more stable pipeline during exactly the high-traffic periods when reliability matters most. |
