POS credit applied

Approved exchange value is applied as credit at the SAP point-of-sale terminal; new device walks out with the customer the same visit. SAP captures the uplift as incremental revenue (the ₹3.23 Cr Feb '26 figure is the sum of these SAP entries).

Liquidation Partner routing & reconcile

Old device is routed to the highest-bidding liquidation partner active in that zone, with a 3-day pickup SLA, full ledger entry, and audit trail. The operator surface for this loop ships in §04 below.

  • TVs & large appliances. Reuse the Delivery-Partner doorstep QC flow already designed for online exchanges. Integrate with the existing Reliance Digital home-delivery network.
